The declaration is where applications fail
SBI's handwritten declaration has to be written by you in English in running handwriting, photographed or scanned clearly, and legible at the size it is stored. Block capitals are rejected. Text written by somebody else is rejected. A declaration photographed at an angle, so the lines slope and the page edges converge, is frequently rejected as unclear even when every word is readable. Photograph it flat, in daylight, with the camera parallel to the paper, then crop to the writing and convert to greyscale before compressing — greyscale alone usually brings it inside any size limit without touching legibility.
