Reporting a wrong calculator result
This is the most useful kind of message to send, and it gets priority. Please include which calculator, the exact numbers you entered, the result you got, and the result you expected — plus where your expected figure comes from, if you have a source.
Do not attach documents, salary slips or anything with personal details. The numbers alone are enough to reproduce the problem.
Reporting a broken tool
Tell us the tool, your browser and device, and what happened instead of what you expected. Since most tools run inside your browser, the behaviour can depend on the browser version — so that detail genuinely matters. Again, please do not send the file itself.
A document size limit has changed
Exam and government portals change their upload rules between notification cycles. If a page here states a limit that no longer matches the real form, a link to the current official notification is the single most helpful thing you can send.
Requesting a tool
Suggestions are welcome. The ones most likely to get built are specific — the exact job, and ideally the form or portal that requires it — rather than a broad category.
