Terms of use
Short, and in plain language. Using the site means you accept what follows.

What you are agreeing to
By using FileToolHub you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site. There is no account to close, so stopping is simply a matter of not returning.
The tools are free and provided as they are
Everything here is free to use, with no signup and no usage limit. In exchange, the tools are provided as they are, without any warranty — we do not promise they will be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Keep your own copy of anything important before you process it. A tool can fail, a browser can run out of memory, and a result you did not save is gone.
Your files remain yours
We claim no ownership of and no licence over anything you process here. Most tools never receive your file at all; those that do delete it within 15 minutes, as the privacy policy describes.
What you may not do
Do not use these tools on files you have no right to use. In particular, do not use the password-removal tool on a document you are not authorised to open — it exists for people who have lost the password to their own file, and using it otherwise may be unlawful where you live.
Please also do not attempt to overwhelm the service, scrape it at volume, or resell access to it.
Calculator output is an estimate
The finance calculators produce estimates for planning, not advice, and not a statement of what you owe. The disclaimer sets out what they assume and what they leave out. Do not file a return or sign a loan on the strength of a number from this site alone.
Document size limits may change
Where a page states the size a particular form or portal requires, that reflects the rules when the page was written. Authorities change them between cycles. The official notification is always the authority, not this site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site — including lost or damaged files, a missed application deadline, a rejected upload, or a financial decision based on a calculator result. If you need a guarantee, you need a paid service with a contract, and this is not one.
Changes and governing law
These terms may change; the date at the top shows when they last did. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions go to supportfiletoolhub@gmail.com.
